The IRCC (Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada) has re-opened the phone support for immigration candidates.
Since the implementation of the special preventive measures to combat the coronavirus pandemic, several services were put on hold. The federal government has now commenced the phone helpline facility to help immigration candidates and respond to their queries.
The Immigration Department is now accepting calls from Monday to Friday at office hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST).
Apart from phone calls, online inquiries can also be submitted at the IRCC’s webform throughout the seven days.
