- You require a full-time job for a minimum of two years with an employer from PEI for a position, defined by NOC skill level C or D.
- You also require full time job experience of a minimum of six months with a PEI employer.

This stream is for migrating skilled workers from outside of Canada. The employer recruiting must have authorization from the Office of Immigration before they issue any occupational opportunities.

- You have to acquire a full-time job for a minimum of two years with an employer from PEI in a position defined by the National Occupational Classification skill level 0, A or B.
- You are required to have 2 years of full‐time job experience.

Atlantic Immigration Pilot
This program is employer-driven. It is an immigration pilot program that will help you to apply for Canadian residency to fill the labour skill gaps. It supports foreign nationals and newcomers and provides them an opportunity to gain Canadian permanent residency. It has three different programs under it which are based on different needs required.
- Atlantic High Skilled Program: This program is designed to choose the cream of skilled candidates means the people who are very skillful in their domain.
- Atlantic Intermediate Skilled Program: This one will target only the partially skilled candidates.
- Atlantic International Graduate Program: This one is designed to select those who have graduated from post-secondary educational institutions of Atlantic Canada.
