To be an applicant under the Canadian Experience Class and receive an invitation, the candidate must be proficient in French or English and should have at least a year of Canadian work experience.
IRCC has published the tie break date and time as of April 29, 2021, at 11:48:14. So, only those candidates have received invitations who submitted their profiles before the tie-break date and time.

Canada recognizes the efforts of talented foreign workers who help in the economic growth of the country. Therefore, the Government of Canada runs a separate immigration program for candidates who have work experience in Canada. Through the CEC, candidates can apply for Permanent Residency in Canada.
