French speakers receive fewer ITAs in the latest draw, i.e., Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued new invitations to apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system.
In the latest draw, the department invited 4,000 candidates under the French-language proficiency category.
To qualify for this draw, candidates needed to meet the following requirements:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 419; and
- Created an Express Entry candidate profile before 7:14 a.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on November 14, 2025.
