Canada has been conducting program-specific Express Entry draws since the travel restrictions were implemented to prevent the spread of coronavirus. So far, twelve program-specific express entry draws have been held by IRCC.
The 150th Express Entry draw was held on May 28 and invited 3,515 Canadian Experience Class candidates. The CEC candidates have Canadian work experience and are living in Canada on the basis of a temporary resident visa.

Also, the Comprehensive Ranking System score is dropping with each Express Entry-CEC draw. In this latest draw, the minimum CRS score requirement was only 440 points. This cut-off score has decreased by 7 points as compared with the previous draw’s cut-off.
This newest express entry draw was held within 24 hours of the previous program-specific draw that invited provincial nominee candidates to apply for permanent residence in Canada. With this draw, the IRCC has been able to issue a total of 42,100 invitations up till now.

The tie-break rule was applied by the IRCC in which the date and time for the tie-break were March 7, 2020, at 10:36:59 UTC. So, only those CEC candidates got an opportunity to apply for permanent residence who have submitted their profile before the tie-break date and time.
