Canadian employers need foreign workers to meet the skilled worker shortages. In light of this, the Canadian government has given instructions to continue accepting applications for all the streams under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.
Also, the government has given an indication to the employers that priority will be given to those occupations that provide food security in the country.
