The province of Saskatchewan has released the details of two Provincial Nominee Program draws that were held on 21st October and 7th October.
On October 21, 2020, Saskatchewan issued 618 invitations through the Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand immigration streams of the SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program). The invited candidates are now eligible to submit an application for Saskatchewan provincial nomination.
Nearly 340 express entry candidates have received invitations in this draw. Also, immigration candidates required a provincial score of 69 in order to receive an invitation through the province of Ontario.
Another 278 candidates were invited as part of the Occupations In-Demand category. Candidates who received invitations through this category must have had a minimum provincial score of 78.
On October 7, 2020, the province of Saskatchewan has invited candidates through the Express Entry category only. A total of 455 express entry candidates who had a provincial score of 70 or higher were given invitations.
So far in 2020, a total of 3,040 Express Entry candidates have got an opportunity to be invited by the province of Saskatchewan and apply for a provincial nomination. Also, another 3,018 candidates got invitations through the Occupations In-Demand category of SINP.
Thus, in total 6,082 candidates have been already invited by the province of Saskatchewan.
