SINP: Express Entry
The Express Entry sub-category of the SINP is aligned with the federal government’s Express Entry system.In the latest draw, Saskatchewan has invited 214 candidates from the Express Entry pool. The minimum score required on the Points Assessment Grid in order to get an invitation through the express entry stream was 78. Candidates invited in through this stream had work experience in one of the eligible 56 occupations. They also had their ECA reports included in the EOI profile. Successful express entry candidates will get 600 points extra added to their CRS scores. This will help them secure an ITA whenever the Express Entry Draw takes place.
SINP: Occupations In-Demand
Those candidates who do not have a profile in the express entry pool can apply under this category. Saskatchewan has issued 337 invitations to the Occupations In-Demand candidates. They required a score of 80 points in the Points Assessment Grid in order to be invited by Saskatchewan.A total of 75 occupations were featured in this latest invitation round. Saskatchewan is a Canadian province that is replete with many employment opportunities.
