Latest Manitoba Draw:
Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program was introduced in April 2014. The latest draw that was held on 2nd January was the 80th draw of the Nominee Program. It has invited 186 International student graduates, Skilled workers in both Manitoba and abroad to apply for provincial nomination. Candidates are given Letters of advice to apply (LAAs) and are invited through three major immigration streams of MPNP. The distribution of the invitees in each stream is given below:- Skilled Workers in Manitoba: 122, Minimum score required: 534
- Skilled Workers Overseas: 42, Minimum score required: 708
- International Education Stream: 22
Basic Process:
Submission of an Expression of Interest is the initial step for candidates keen on applying for provincial nomination. While submitting an Expression of Interest, a candidate is required to answer a set of questions. On the basis of the answers given by him/her in this questionnaire, an online profile is created. On account of this profile, a candidate is awarded a score out of 1,000. Candidates with striking profiles get high scores and ultimately invitations are issued to them by the Manitoba province.Immigration streams under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program:
