Four Canadian provinces issued this week’s PNP draw results through their respective Provincial Nominee Program.
Through economic streams that chose individuals based on their professional skills, work experience, education, and other criteria, candidates were invited. Here’s a detailed breakdown of this week’s results by province.

Ontario
The Ontario Provincial Nominee Program (OINP) held four distinct provincial immigration draws this week under its economic immigration streams.
In the first draw for the Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream, the OINP issued 265 ITAs to candidates with a score of 35 or higher.
The Employer Job Offer: International Student stream was divided into two rounds, with the draw for that day conducted by the ONIP. Candidates with a minimum score of 81 who had employment offers in particular healthcare occupations received 424 invites in the first round. Candidates with job offers in “other priority occupations” with a minimum score of 77 received 839 invites in the second round.
On July 16, a third draw was held with the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream as its focus. Candidates who met the requirements for the federal Economic Mobility Pathways Project received five invitations from the OINP.
Lastly, under the Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities stream, the OINP carried out a targeted draw on July 18. 1,240 ITAs were given out in this draw to applicants with scores in the 425–444 range who are employed in the healthcare sector.
British Columbia (B.C.)
The BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) conducted five targeted draws on July 16, focusing on the skilled worker and international graduate streams, including the EEBC option. As well as, these draws targeted candidates with professional experience in various high-demand occupations, each having a distinct minimum cut-off score. A total of at least 68 invitations were issued.
Here are the details of the minimum scores for each draw type:
- Childcare workers needed a minimum score of 94 to receive an invitation.
- Construction workers needed a minimum score of 95 to receive an invitation.
- Healthcare workers needed a minimum score of 104 to receive an invitation.
- Tech workers needed a minimum score of 122 to receive an invitation.
- Veterinary care workers needed a minimum score of 80 to receive an invitation.
Manitoba
This week, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted two separate immigration draws, each targeting different streams.
Moreover, the first draw, held on July 18, was for the International Education stream. In this draw, the MPNP invited 109 applicants who met the specific criteria of this stream.
Additionally, on the same day, the MPNP conducted a draw for the Skilled Worker Overseas stream. In this draw, 52 candidates who had participated in a strategic recruitment initiative organized by the MPNP and achieved a minimum score of 645 received Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs). Also, these candidates were selected based on their scores and their participation in the campaign.
Overall, 161 letters were issued this week. Moreover, among these, 16 were sent to applicants who had provided a valid job seeker validation code and an Express Entry profile number.
Prince Edward Island
The draws for two streams of the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) were held on July 19.
In total, 84 invitations were sent out in relation to the Express Entry and Labor streams. These invitations were intended especially for people working in the healthcare and construction industries. Invitations were also sent to applicants in the International Graduate stream whose work licenses expire before the end of 2024. As well as those in the manufacturing and professional services sectors whose work permits expire before the end of the year.
