- Must meet eligibility criteria set by the New Brunswick Skilled Worker stream.
- Must be a graduate of a Designated Learning Institution located in New Brunswick.
- Must own a Post-Graduation Work Permit.
Post-Graduation Work Permit holders who are employed in the NOC skill-level D jobs are invited to apply to the New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream. The province is currently accepting applications through this stream.
The types of jobs included in the NOC-D are fruit pickers, oil field workers, and cleaning staff among others. So, laborers involved in such types of work can become Canadian permanent residents by getting a provincial nomination from New Brunswick.
