Canada has issued ITAs for Permanent Residence to successful Provincial Nominee Program class candidates in the latest Express Entry Draw held.
The IRCC has invited 654 PNP candidates on 10th February who had a Comprehensive Ranking System score of 720 or above.
Since the invited candidates already had 600 additional points owing to the Provincial Nomination that they have secured, they required only 120 points in the CRS score for this invitation round.
Candidates must have submitted their profiles in the Express Entry Immigration System before 14th August 2020 at 06:51:00 UTC.
In the year 2020, the IRCC had issued 108,350 invitations to Express Entry candidates despite the situations created by the coronavirus pandemic. And we all can expect that this year is going to be the biggest for Express Entry as Canada has set higher immigration targets for 2021-23. As of today, the IRCC has conducted four program-specific express entry draws and has invited nearly 10,654 candidates to apply for Canada PR.
A provincial nomination guarantees an ITA for Canadian Permanent Residence. Therefore, an immigration candidate must not miss an opportunity to secure a nomination from any Canadian province as it will ultimately increase their chances of securing PR in Canada.
