IRCC holds the first Express Entry PNP draw of September.
In this latest draw, the department issued 249 invitations to apply (ITAs) to candidates who had previously secured a provincial nomination. Since nominations provide an additional 600 points toward an applicant’s Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, the minimum cut-off required for this round was 772 points.
To be eligible, candidates also needed to have created their Express Entry profile before 7:19 p.m. UTC on 28 August 2025.
This draw marks the continuation of IRCC’s trend of holding frequent PNP-focused rounds throughout 2025, balancing them with category-based draws targeting priority sectors like healthcare, education, and French-language proficiency.
