Continuing the trend, Canada held another round of invitations for express entry within a day of the previous draw. This invitation round offered invitations to 3,559 candidates under the Canadian Experience Class.
Date of the draw: June 11, 2020
Draw number: 152nd
Cut-off CRS score: 437
No. of Invitations Issued: 3,559
The program included: the Canadian Experience Class
Tie-break date and time: May 25, 2020, at 00:31:43 UTC.
The Comprehensive Ranking System score required to get an Invitation to Apply was 437 only. It has decreased by 3 points when compared to the preceding CEC express entry draw that invited candidates with a CRS score of 440. Also, this was the lowest CRS score since 2017 for the express entry draw.
Only those candidates who have enrolled in their profiles before the tie-break date and time got an ITA by the IRCC.
Including this draw, IRCC has conducted a total of 13 Provincial Nominee Programs and Canadian Experience Class. And the total number of Invitations to Apply issued so far reaches to 46,000. Compared with the previous year’s performance, the IRCC has issued far more ITAs this year. This shows that Canada is not letting the coronavirus affect the Immigration System. And it is still accepting immigration applications and conducting draws every month.
