Surprisingly, Canada is conducting frequent Express Entry Draws despite the coronavirus chaos. Even more, the Comprehensive Ranking System score is dropping with each new draw.
The government has conducted the 8th program-specific Express Entry Draw on May 1, 2020, since the implementation of special measures in March. A total of 3,311 invitations were given to candidates who have a profile under the Canadian Experience Class of the Express Entry system. Candidates who have Canadian work experience are issued ITAs in this EE draw.

One of the notable aspects of this draw is the lowest CRS score so far. The score has reduced to merely 452 points. This is a good opportunity for candidates who were struggling with the rising CRS score in the past.
The tie-break rule was applied in this draw. The date and time for tie-break were October 10, 2019, at 19:15:28 UTC. All Canadian experience class candidates with a CRS score of 452 and higher who submitted their express entry profiles before the tie-break date and time were invited by the IRCC to apply for permanent residence.
