IRCC issues more ITAs to PNP candidates in the latest draw, i.e., Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has once again invited more Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates through the Express Entry system.
In the most recent draw, the department issued 228 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under the PNP category.
To qualify for this round, candidates were required to:
- Have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 746
- Submit an Express Entry profile before 1:39 p.m. UTC on March 31, 2025

The September 5 PNP draw is already the fourth round of invitations this month. It follows:
- A large French-language draw on September 4
- A Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on September 3
- Another PNP-focused draw on September 2

So far this year, IRCC has extended a total of 57,297 ITAs across various draws.
The majority of these invitations have gone to PNP candidates, while others were distributed among CEC candidates, French-speaking applicants, and those eligible through priority occupation categories like healthcare, education, and social services.
