Considering the ongoing pandemic situation, you must be thinking that the interest in people to immigrate to a foreign country has decreased.
Nonetheless, it is not the case.
The World Education Services conducted a survey which suggests that more people have become interested in immigrating to Canada since April.
In June, mostly half of the people that were questioned in the survey by WES had expressed their interest in moving to Canada. Whereas when a similar kind of survey was done in April, fewer people were interested to relocate.
WES is an organization that provides service for Educational Credential Assessments for international students and economic-class immigrants planning to move to Canada or the U.S.
Around 45 percent of the people interviewed have expressed their desire to immigrate to Canada in June. Only six percent of people said that they were hesitant.
Furthermore, very few people wanted to delay their immigration process. In April, 35 percent of people said that they are willing to delay their immigration to Canada due to the pandemic situation. This has come down to 32 percent in June.
