The Canadian Government is regularly holding the express entry draws despite the disruptions caused by the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. Recently, on April 9, the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada conducted two Express Entry Draws that were program-specific.
The first draw invited candidates who already had secured provincial nominations. And the second draw issued 3,294 invitations to candidates belonging to Canadian Experience Class. Moreover, the minimum required Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score has dropped down to 464 points in this second draw, three points lesser than the previously held CEC draw. Overall, this was the 142nd Express Entry Draw since the launch of the Express Entry System in 2015.
