Saskatchewan is a Canadian province with many employment opportunities for job seekers. The province has a thriving economy due to the presence of the oil sector, natural gas, potash mine, and robust agricultural industry.
Individuals can settle in Saskatchewan through the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) draw. It has recently conducted a SINP draw on August 27 by inviting 570 candidates.
The province has issued invitations through the Occupations-In Demand sub-category of the SINP’s International Skilled Worker category.
Candidates who have received invitations from Saskatchewan required Educational Credential assessments. Apart from that, they needed a score of at least 69 points in the Expression of Interest profile. Furthermore, if candidates had a CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark) of at least 8, a minimum of 10 years of work experience, and connections to Saskatchewan, they received an invitation with 68 points.
Also, the province has a list of 50 eligible occupations. So, only those candidates were invited who had work experience from one of the listed occupations. Some of the occupations are financial managers, human resource professionals, occupational therapists, and others.
