Lower CRS score requirement in new PNP Express Entry Draw

IRCC has invited 266 Express Entry candidates listed under the Provincial Nominee Program class in the new Express Entry Draw. The department conducted the draw on April 14. The Comprehensive Ranking System(CRS) score requirement has significantly reduced by almost 25 points in this draw. PNP candidates who had a CRS score of at least 753 points received invitations to apply for Permanent Resident status. Also, candidates must have submitted their profiles before 1st March 2021, at 15:22:18 UTC.

Canada Express Entry Draws 2021

Canada has invited 49,390 express entry candidates so far including the invitations of this draw. The ITAs issued through express entry are nearly double as compared to the previous year’s invitations around the same time. Canada is issuing a large number of invitations in each express entry draw as it has to meet the immigration target set for 2021. IRCC has already held 12 draws this year and invited PNP and CEC candidates only.
