Canada has invited 5,000 candidates to the 9th December Express Entry Draw. This was the 169th draw of the Express Entry Immigration System.
Canada has been issuing around 5,000 invitations in many of the previous express entry draws.
The Comprehensive Ranking System score required has remained the same as that in the previous draw. So, express entry applicants having a CRS score of 469 or higher have received an ITA in this draw.
The Express Entry CRS score is given to a candidate on the basis of certain human capital factors such as education, age, work experience, language proficiency, and Canadian certificate of education.
Also, candidates who apply for Canada PR through the express entry and who speak French will be able to get more points now as per the recent changes in the scoring system.
Note: French-speaking candidates can score 25 points in the CRS score while bilingual express entry candidates are eligible to gain 50 points.
